Wolflet, I got a question; Is there space at the compound for a chemistry shop?....'Else I'll use my back up former British base..maybe sell Gunther's Troll sized chemistry shop for a human sized one.
Plus chemistry is always fun; wiht magical stuff, might even be a boost.

Bundles of questions here- brilliant! means you are all interesten in how you are getting on and what to do next..
Easy points first - Any standard street level 1 gear you can buy from any local outlet.
selling any gear would usually get you 10% of its in-box value
bigger than normal illegal gear will require some kinda outlet and a sweetener - you could write it into a post as part of your own shady dealings
tough to get and really illegal stuff will need a story not just a quick mention of a guy who knows a guy...
Rule of thumb - If it is real important to you then people would like to see how you got hold of it

Magic
force 3 cantrips are legal.
Above F3 they become more and more illegal. Why? well huge spirits are regarded as deadly weaponry - massive FO spells are like plasma artillery - enormous mind controlling effects are greedily restricted by the millitary.. and they have tendrills out as to who is getting hold of stuff that CAN take down aircraft and lay low to hardened bunkers.
Shade (and others..) can get hold of standard spells through legit connections - but will need to put a good deal of resourcefulness into gaining some real powerful guarded secrets...
Take an equivalent skill.. skill 6 is totally competent - locally reknown similarly f6 spells would be eye-openers and local trid networks would want an interview when you get even better your rep will travel even if you wish to keep it on the QT once you use a really advanced technique - word will spread - people will come
Seattle is a city-state with big tax-breaks which entices the wannabees the experts showing off their skills and the masters looking for pupils. You would each have a good idea of leaders in your field and your interests - you may recognise them in and around the clubs, sights and functions in Seattle

F-E chemistry is a recent sterile branch of alchemy - you would find all common ingredients onsite. if you want to create something beyond 'ordinary' then it will require a storyline - if it gets overly dangerous then tongues will begin to wag...
researching nerve agents is right out. there are no isolation areas. and no - if there were, then the authorities would need to know why and then investigate. (or you do it on the sly..)
The site is a magical 'Facility' but you cant churn out magic so it is treated as a shop. Any linked procedure could be persued - chemistry has a link to alchemy so all of the stuf is there but not the top-notch gear. Treat the place as a reasonable lab - fine for looking into things but not in real detail or for churning it out.

There is a hand held mag scanner and a chem sniffer available onsite but it would be very impolite to use them - cyber scanners are overrated an will only pick up the ferrous components screws bolts and the like .
Meg is reluctant to invest in a full body x-scanner at a mill - pat and search instead..

Sorry F-E Artie checked out eight days ago.. there is an administrator who would love to talk to you regarding ... beeeep ...you hang up
One strip of land is currently unoccupied - if someone does want to make a claim you would be informed... Ballastor calls back and will take out 10% of the profits for the second strip 300 yen for the month for you! bonus!
Meet with Illiya - you an Micro too.. Meg tells you that Illiya will be available at the Fortean offices in a day or two - she wants a meet as well.
Tracers for the students are easy enough - but longer range ones for beyond a couple of blocks are hocky-puck size. You have toyed with the idea of tiny tracers being followed up by mini fly-drones reporting back to a main hub.. the mini drones need looking after as they are regarded as dullards... really means constant surveillance by a rigger on each 'target'.
Speaking of electronics - you have good comms units - everything can be broken into - can someone write up a piece on how effective comms, jamming and covert infiltration of comms works. Jamming tends to be easy - a big generator churning out vibes.. usually quite easy to triangulate and drop a missile onto. Subtle listening in will reveal far far more.

Micro - you will need a large amount of element to summon a big elemental- it is not the sort of thing you can do in your flat/apartment you will need an appropriate amount of 'stuff' to summon any big elemental. F3 is a standard limit - campfire - jaquzzi - burnt lunch smoke - flowerbed. you want big - you got to go big. anything at the limits of your capability ought to be the limits of element needed - F8-10 elementals require a lake, a massive 'guy fawkes' bonfire - enough incense to make a plume of smoke which can be seen from afar - or a few fielods-worth of turned soil. big stuff that will be noticed and will need organising Illiya will be able to inform you of some benefits of initiation - you can access spell formulae and ally formula directly through your spiritual link to the planes. There are trials and tests to generally overcome and like-for-like benefits to be gleaned form your current link with the planes Learning a powerful spell from a connection should be no real problem. Micro has already introduced Shaun who ought to be able to dig out a formula from somewhere for you.. 1000Y per F point! 'Hey Micro - this is without the standard markup for an illegal sling.. anything less powerful just wont do the biz - you know how it works! Sorry Man - the price would be treble for someone who is not a freind..' Shade has asked about dirt - there is not much- but there will be small patches. If you want to summon a big earth ellie then you need a field or two ! (Shades note on rotating encryption is good - but for simplicity the bigger comms force would include this sort of jiggery-pokery) Go to it folks ! If your plans turn out to be unexpectedly too expensive or too difficult to source then any hard work can be treated as you looking out for a break - which may come later - if it is too dangerous then we shall play it out -yum! no pain..

Hardware -
whatever you 'liberate' from anyone or anywhere - standard trade-in cost is 10% includes your own beloved gear. under 50-100y you should be putting the stuff out in a car boot sale and trying to sellit as collectors items.
A good negociator could get this up to 40% with a brilliant display of banter
Chuck has put forward a request for light hardened armour - something that Meg listens to as it could become company property rather than woven around the bones of an individual.. of course it would have to be be worn only when on official duties.... She does wonder why a troll who has walked through grenade traps wants added protection..

The two Strato's are basically high flying sensor roto drones. They're armed but no armor so not really combat drones.
I couldn't find anything about a tiny flying spy drone. Closest I could get was the little arachnoid one. If I missed something, I'd love to get something like it.

Hmm....well can't help you there with that mini drone..perhaps you can build one..
And Wolf; Did the NAN Army took ALL of the plastique?..I did have 2 kit hidden away at the camp site (Those I didn't armed in the toilet block)
As for the mine plots...well thought of hiving them joined to Meg's corp..like 'used' terrians, just not all the time...kinda like a business dela wiht Ballastor- instead of selling what they mine, they come there and mine it themselves..and pay a cut to the co-op..for 'maintnance'

corporate SIN - hmm it wouldnt be a Seattle SIN so would have little value. any Meta with a SIN would be treated as very suspicious as there are few if any metas who hold voting rights. Be useful for matrix transactions but not for any face to face tansactions... Face to face transactions can easily be avoided though!
something to discuss !

The mining strips could be leased out as they could be used once a year for a month the rest of the time they could be leased out in 3 month blocks.. shouldnt be a real problem with that.
Plastique.. you want to sneak it onto the bus - there may well be some unhappy people if it is discovered.. and you would need to stash it somewhere too. It could blow the whole site up quite easily. so somewhere safe. (if you get it past Lucille)

Well, they're un armed and not wiht the detonators..I'm confident I can sneak it pass Lucille...hey, I did it once with the claymore..so 2 blocks of plastique, shouldn't be a problem, stashed away in my backpack...
speaking of, gotta take her out too....

Corp SINs- While the meta angle is limited for us (short of Wrench, Lucille, Chuck and Tranquility.) most of us should be able to use that SIN without too much trouble, thanks to our 'humanity'...worse case of the metas, one of us human can buy the stuff for them.

Sorry if this seems a bit dumb. I'm just checking since I've been away for 2 weeks. From what I can tell by playing catch up we got 10k + whatever bonus gets passed our way, 8 karma & access to some alchemy workshop goodness. Roughly how much downtime are we talking here, and is there anything I've missed?
