Fade stays close to Meg. He has his Walther ready for anything that may get through the others. He will also keep glancing to the rear to make sure there exit is not cut off. Fade will also use his sense of smell to tell him if something is sneaking up behind them. He can only do this if there is a draft coming up the tunnel from that direction.

"If we can hijack the turret, we should set up a cone of fire at the door and hose down the corridor. Set up at least two points we can retreat to if we need to pull back and regroup. Explosives would help to cover our retreat or, failing that, flashbangs."

"Back in the old days we'd use charges to drive them tword us. Set a few up and once they passed them we'd set them off. We could easily re-lock that door and use it as a barricade to keep them from over taking us while the turret helps grind them down... by the time we're done with them whoever is running the show will be long gone."
Shade poped a peace of orange flavored gum in his mouth.
"What we really need is landmines and monowire trip wires"
He reaches into his pocket and toss's Bishop his frag grenade. "Think you can do something with that too?" He thought for a moment. "Yup, that pineapple really brings back memories."

Weve got a couple of frag and a few flash grenades - close in flashpaks - we are pinning a lot on these UV beamers... Spirit support along with wide magics..
I suggest we will have to take the fight into them - if we lure them out into this confined tunnel then they will have time to consider their options - and we dont want to let any escape.
By the reconing on the detect spell there are about twenty or so ghouls and four bigger ones along with a bundle of minor spirits hardly registering. The ghouls are tough but vunerable to lead so the troopers in the team should try to take care of them leaving the bigger ones to us mages - have you all decided on what you are going to use once we are in there?
I will try to engage one in astral combat which should take us both out of the general fight and you can waste it once the rest are cleared up..
do you want me to summon a spirit now and get it to attack one of them?
anyone want to peer through the wall?

"On it. I'll kill the camera once we've dealt with the horde, since they're gonna know we're here at that point, but if we need to back away in a hurry keep in mind the camera is still going." Blackout set up his Ultrasound scanner in front of the door, and also slowly and carefully scanned up and down the walls to the side of the door. It might turn out that the walls are thinner and will let a better signal through.
Once he's got a good idea what's going on on the other side, he sets to work examining the sentry turret and checking if there's anything he can do to adjust it's targeting priorities. If there was any sort of data cables leading away or a wireless interface that could be used to remote control the weapon, Blackout disabled it to stop anything going very badly wrong.
On the subject of setting up an ambush, Blackout muttered to them as he worked. "I got some plastique and grenades that can go to work. If I can get in the corridor without being noticed I can set up some shaped-charge blasts and pack them with debris and rocks. That should rip the drek out of a bunch of ghouls."

"I'm more worried they may have seen your detect spell but if it's surprise you want, we can open the door, throw some grenades and other explosives into the room and see how many we can shred at once. That would surprise anyone." Another idea hits Shade. "Gimme a minute while Blackout works." He sits down in to a lotus position and concentrates on channeling Jack. <e>Sorry man I need your help. Since it's you I don't mind but we're even. I know.
((Can I slow channel like I could slow cast? 5d6 would give me 50 minutes of channeling time. It does however take Shade about 15 seconds. (5 rounds) to do) Of course I should probably roll drain afterwords anyway.))

Blackout can quite happily piggyback onto the current control cabling - hooking the cable from the rough clipping on the ceiling he is able to quickly expose then splice the cable running a line from his own comp to see if he can adjust the current system... It takes nearly a minute and youre into the system - selecting view you expect to see the IR sig of the four ghouls..but thats not what you get in your view...
In front of you is a human male - redneck markings - another ganger.. he is chatting to a second human female who in turn is resting an autoshotgun across her knees while looking out into the room. Small grey walled, piping over to one side, power cables running out of the doorway. The door sides are gouged by ghoul scratches - leading out to a larger space which has a series of . cages? grilles? you cant make out the detail of where they finish because of the restriction on the view through the doorway.. there are sections of bars - looks like they ought to be 2metre wide and at least three metres tall - bolted/clamped together. they obviously create a wall - to keep the rednecks in or ghouls out..?
on the other side of the bars you can see half a dozen ghouls roaming and gnawing on - things. Looks like they are in a large area with some heavy pipes running up the walls.. a maintenance cellar.
Your limited view can pick up a couple of power generators and machines in the small room with the rednecks. looks like they are in a monitoring booth/ a security room.
Blackout chooses another view - one ghoul picked out in IR in what you recon should be a long corridor
another - four IR outlined ghouls not doing a lot
a fourth - emergency red lighting picks out the details here - the cam is positioned reasonably high up to view a heavy pressurised doorway and intercom - same kinda setup they had outside the door back at Carfax..
Blackout could adjust the view on any of the cams - it would probably be noticed if you start adjusting the one in front of the rednecks...
there is an SMG attachment for each of the cameras - apart from the one in the security room - no problem to adjust their firing sequences
if you want to dig further you will need to break into their computer security...

Blackout smirked. "You are not gonna believe this drek." He subvocalised to the others. "These bozos have no lockouts at all, I can access the whole damn system from here. Gun controls included. Drek, Nitro could tear this system apart with a twitch of an eyelid." He did his best to contain his glee and got back to the task at hand. "Right, here's what we got..." He ran off the details of the four cameras to the others, the numbers of targets and rooms and especially the rednecks. Once he'd filled in the team in on the information, he looked around at them. "So, can we get an idea where all these cameras are from what you mages can tell of their positions? Put it together and we can know exactly what we're getting into and I can set these guns up for the best killing zones." For the moment, he didn't even try to adjust any of the settings. Only once he knew the plan would he risk alerting the rednecks.
((is there any overlap between the camera views? similar corridors or anything to get a feel for the layout of the place? then add on that any info the mages supply to pin down each camera location... and we should be able to work out a rough map of the place))

"-about as much as you could give us complete blue prints from what we've seen from the cameras. However, having those suckers shoot anything that moves would make for a perfect distraction. We could be in there before they even looked our way."
Note: STR+4 BOD+4 QUI+4 <- from channeling. It would also effecet his reaction, so he's slightly faster now too.

Blackout has got a little more of a view - but you dont know where these views are from - however a reasonable few guesses would put the red-lit door as a monitored entrance to their safe area along the lines of the monitored bar door the rednecks had. The four IR ghouls would be down to you - so it is safe to assume there is another similar route with at least one ghoul. Leaves the area you can see past the rednecks - would stand to reason that it has to be close although you only have a limited view of that area with all of the bars
No problem with setting off a SMG to cause a distraction.. if you were good enough you could create an extra image or three.. you'd need a good comp skill to construct or upload a pre-construct..
SHade completes his concentration - any beads of sweat caused by the effort? as there are a bundle of mages close by who are interested in new techniques - what will this look like in astral?
Meg has a hefty physical boost running which enhances how others percieve her - this does make her a centre of attention - excellent for influencing Shamanic spirits!
Next step then team...

((It's on my char sheet, as to the astral, it appears that Shade has a elemental inside of him. Channeling is a rare metamagic and among mages it is almost unheard of. Maybe three mages in all of Seattle knows Channeling and Shade is and knows one of them which accounts for two.))
