so, question...is the initiative roll for the first of the three actions, or do we just assume that we managed to do all the three actions we previously posted since they were far away? because that will change some peoples posts for their initiative passes...
Either way, I am simply trying to hide unless a bogey boat comes close and tries to board us, at which point i will try and board and take over...

Dhazhar = 22 - Target biggest threat first. ie: Gangers pointing guns at us.
Dhazhar = 12 reload it they are still at a distance. If not i will draw my pistol and prepare to board them it them try to board us.
Jorinda = 9 my action comes down to this: As long as the Halloweeners are shooting at them and she's got cover and ammo, she'll keep shooting. ...
Boat 1 driver = 9 driving up to the yatch
Bobby = 8 - I am simply trying to hide unless a bogey boat comes close and tries to board us, at which point i will try and board and take over...
Seer = 8 - IF Erick is able to get Line of Sight on any the gang bangers on the boat, he focuses on the power inside and will cast chaotic world.
Boat 1 passanger = 8 - aiming machine gun at boat
Volcano = 7 # Drop Light spell as Ork Boy has a spotlight. Cast Smoke Cloud on the boat closest
Nina = 7 - fire off 3 rounds of Hollow Point ammo at the gangers with my Ruger Super Warhawk. pistols skill 6 + 3 combat pool
Cody = 7
Boat 2 driver = 5 driving up to the yatch
Boat 2 passanger = 5 - aiming machine gun at boat
Dhazhar = 2 I will use 3 shots at the first boat with a machine gun ganger. 3 at the second boat.
Jair = 1 - hiding
OOC: now that the actions are declared... this would be the time to post any changes before I begin the combat phase.. if you change your action during the phase.. penalties will be administered..you can only change your action as long as your actions reflect off of a lower init...
in the future ill roll everyones inits and post the results.. that will be the time to post what you are doing.. after youve posted what you are doing, I will declare what the badguys are doing... if your init is higher than the badguys (or someone elses) you can post your retractions BEFORE I start the combat phase
once again im very sorry for all this confusion.. im kinda makin a mess here but I think this will help make combat faster and less confusing...
so.. ill post inits days one... you post actions.. (hopefully all actions will be in before day 2 in which I will post ALL declared actions... then by day 3 I will resolve the entire combat.. it will be up to you to post any retractions before I post the outcome.. if you post after I have started the combat phase.. (change targets or what-not) then you will get penalies to your TN.. please if your posting something with dice rolls... post your rolls but dont tally your sucesses (since your TN can change) were gonna try this and see how it goes

Actions for the combat: - Drop Light spell as Ork Boy has a spotlight.
- Cast Smoke Cloud on the boat closest twice
- Then start lobbing Acid Streams at the boat furthest away.

Yes Nina is next to Jorinda. she then puts her off hand on Jorinda's calf (if they are squatting if not then on her outer thigh), "Im right here Jorinda."

Phase one combat
Dhazhar fires his machine gun.. 2 bullets hit the first boat one on the bow, the other on the windshield shattering through the plexiglass.. the first boat swerves off to the right
Dhazhar reloads machine gun
Jorinda (Pistols 2) Jorinda please make sure you also include dice rolls when attacking) Jorinda fires her Ares light fire and misses
Boat 1 driver(driving 2) losses control of the motor boat

Seer - casting Chaotic world, target is passanger on first boat (since none was declared i went woth the first person you would have seen) target does not resist
Boat 1 passanger - confused
Volcano - casts smoke on the first boat, a cloud of smoke engulfs the boat
Nina - burst fire (please include dice rolls) all 3 bullets miss
Cody - hiding
Boat 2 driver - (change action) after seeing what happened to the first boat, the driver starts to turn the boat around
Boat 2 passanger - knocked off balance by the sudden jerk of the boat turning.. losses action

OOC: I apologize on being late with this post.. Ive had to spend the past 4 hours reading up on magic and have many more hours to spend on it. im not use to running extremely detailed campaigns I usually try to keep them a little simplistic on top of that trying to make pbp a little faster.. so im probably as confused as some of you may be right now but hopefully ill be back in high gear.. once again I apologize for my lack of knowledge in some aspects and having to spend gametime to do my research
