I was so excited. I paid 2.09 a gal. yesterday. I was able to fill my tank for under $25. I have a plan, I do...I've already started buying my gear and I'm getting a bike for my bday...now the only problem is how do I fit both kids on the back with me? lol

Seriously, how coincidental is it that when the Senate started questioning the Oil Companies, the price of gas dropped 4 cents that day? Sadly, one part of the problem in Seattle (and parts directly South) is that there is one refinery that serves it, so problems there cause price spikes. I am happy to report that I saw gas at 2.05 today. Another 4 cent drop.

I gassed up for 2.06 on my way home from work this morning. I remember being excited that gas had dropped to just under a dollar about the time I started driving. I can't beleive I'll be just as happy if it gets down to just under 2. Gas and houses cost twice what they did 10 years ago in my area...so why am I only making 1.5x as much as I was back then?

Well, you can always leave KallieForneya. I hear housing and gas is cheaper in the Midwest.
By the way...as I recall, you have nothing to complain about. I think Santa Barbara's gas was still over 2.50 last time I talked to my dad....

Here it's around 82.4$/liter, that's about 3.65$ gallon, but that's pretty good for here.
