a good ammount of us have kids... this is your chance to share some of those moments.. you know.. the moments where your kids say or ask you something that totally stops you in your tracks..
I have 3 kids.. 2 boys (ages 7 yrs and 5 yrs) and a daughter ( 18 mo) I took my 2 boys to Wal-Mart the other day to do some fantasy shopping with a couple of dollars ( that would be handing the kids $5 and taking them to the toy area so parents can see what there kids want) the boys got the toy they wanted and we walked out of Wal-Mart.. my oldest goes through the Entrance door to go outside.. my youngest and I went out the Exit.. my youngest looks at my oldest and says "your in trouble peter cause that said 'do not enter'" :: he looks up at me " right Scott?" I replied with " no.. the sign does say do not enter through that door but hes not gonna be in trouble" my oldest pipes up " yea Jon cause I wasnt entering I was leaving.. right Scott?" the reasoning mind of a 7 year old..

Wow pretty slick kid.
And you let your kid call you by your first name? that's weird, specially since they're young and all

hmmm my 2 boys are my step-kids... but to me it makes no difference.. theyve spent more of their life with me than with their father

OK, here's a funny one. Background: My house needs constant upkeep and repair and my bf helps out a lot. He's prone to falling asleep after finishing whatever he's helping out with. (just like a man...=P) My kids occasionally have visitation with my xh, usually to show off to his fiance's family what a family man he is. On one such visit my son waits until they're all out to dinner and the waitress is bringing the food (and so can't escape) to announce LOUDLY "Doug sleeps in my mom's bed!" and proceeds to explain how he's going to change his name when we get married and then he can be part of Doug's family. We, of course, weren't engaged or sleeping together. How many shades of red can a person turn?
