Henri had finally burned through the last of the cred on his person. It was time to hit the Indian Tribal bank. Given the events of his last run, it was going to be risky, so he decided to clean the account out in one fell swoop. After running a surveillance detection route and figuring he wasn't being tailed, he entered the bank and left several minutes later with 24,000NY spread across six standard certified credsticks.
Knowing that a decent SIN was his first line of defence when it came to his past coming back to haunt him, Henri decided to make his cover identity more plausible. He used the 'Henri Levin' ID to register a freelance magical security business offering low end, affordable wards & elemental services, thus avoiding the need for permits for the time being. While this meant he was somewhat limited in what he could legally purchase on this ID, it did have the advantage of providing the appearance of a newly started business. The freelance nature of it would also explain the irregular payment amounts and intervals onto this credstick to maintain the cover.
Over the next few weeks, he fed enough cred through this new business to cover the startup costs and provide 'Mr. Levin' with enough Nuyen to pay the next six month's rent. As he sat at his telecom, writing up some bogus invoices for customers, there was a knock at the apartment door. After checking the feed from his hidden camera, he saw his landlord’s face filling the screen, but in this day & age that didn’t mean a damn thing. Henri picked up his pistol from where it sat near him & holstered it before opening the door.
“Your down payment expired, and you didn’t mention you were starting a business outa this place.” With a drek eating smile the landlord adds “There’s an extra charge for using the place as a home business.” Henri rolls his eyes, he didn’t have time to frag around like this. His first instinct is to give him the usual rent & chase the little maggot out at gunpoint, but that would just result in unnecessary heat when the guy went running to the Star. Instead Henri decided to try a more subtle approach. He murmers a few brief words in Latin, then tells the landlord “The price remains the same, take it or this apartment goes empty until you find a new tenant.” And hands over a 6,000 Nuyen stick.
“You’re lucky I don’t have time to find someone new and can’t afford for this dump to be empty right now. I’ll take it…this time.” He waggles the stick in Henri’s face. “But now I got six months to find someone who’ll give me what this place is worth, I’ll see myself out.” Henri resists the urge to insult his landlord on his way out and remains silent. Once the door has slammed, he heads to the tiny kitchen area and rounds up a couple of painkillers to combat the dull ache building up around his temples.

I used www.irony.com/mailroll.html to make these rolls. If anyone wants to see, feel free to ask & I'll forward you the results that the site auto emails. Is there any neighbourhood friendly GMs that can make the adjustments to my sheet/s?
edit: sheet adjusted, thanks Braddoc.
