Tank looks over at the group trying to get through the secret door. "hey guys well you guys try and get the door open I'm going to check astrally what we win when the door is opened. Unless some one thinks I shouldn't" Tank waits just a couple of seconds before he sits on the ground and pops his astral body out his flesh container (unless braddoc says I don't have this ablity.) Then does a check through the wall at the place where Freddy is trying to open the door. If he finds a passage he will fly down it a ways to see what they have ahead of them.

OOC as it is well thick, can astral forms zip through or have to force through over hours - or is that for mother earth only.. reaches for SR3.. it may mean a closed door prevents astral travel quite effectively!
Freddy will support any search for elec pannells or switches.. could need a sim-drone brain to activate it? seems well hefty! If we find something intersting (more interesting..) we can take a short while to prepare...
(OOC RE astral - it is mother earth you cannot get through.... constructs do not stop you, but livng things do
so a cellar with a concrete roof is easy to get into but if there is turf on top it makes it difficult as you have to push through the living stuff

(OOC From my understanding as long as there is no astral barrier or any of those darn plants that can't be walked through (bio fiber I think it's called) I should be fine with going through it. I've read a few novels of Shadowrun and they tell of how they walk through walls and if you pass through a person they may know you are there stuff like that.

((Well, 'thought the others might had something to write in, but nothing as of yet..))
Going through the wall, Tank found himself into another room, about twice the size of the other, filled with workbenches, machines, eletronics..The Dwarf could see that there was 2 human; both male, one old (maybe 50-60), the other young (about 25-35) and of Asian decent, with a little cyberware darkening their aura. You do notice a few beds with the strange headgear you and Freddy had just a few moments ago. The 2 man seems to be watching a monitor, but you can't see what they are seeing.
Freddy was observing the wall, trying to find a switch or any kind of opening device, but he didn't managed to found one yet..

If they got the resources to run a town, then they should have some top-notch security and monitoring too, but theres always a way... if it opens, I should be able to have a damned good crack at it..
Wait a short while for the astral scouting.. Looking for - a monitor or a comms may be required to 'bleep' the door open rather than being automatic.. it should require some sort of sensors on this side, which is what Freddy is looking for...

After Tank is done doing a quick look on the other side of the wall he quickly gets back into his body to tell the group his findings of to two human males on the other side of the wall they seem to be looking at a monitor but you Mages knows how that goes with astral viewing.
"If you think it will take a bit of time to open the secreat door I could go for a look around the walls of the other room to see if there is another room other then the one I just say." Tank streches his back not knowing how long it will take the group to get the door open not wanting to sit around doing nothing he gets ready for another run around the room next door to check things out.

As the boffs next door were not aware of the astral travel, Freddy will have a check too - but concentrate on finding controls on the other side, for what they think is this door. Is it worth setting a spirit on them, then concentrating on the opening? or two spirits Tank?

Checking the wall, there's only the common stuff: a few (3) light switches, a fire alarm, 2 electrical outlets...There's some evidence that something was on the wall a few places, possibly posters or charts of somesort.
The celling only got a 4 lights, each hanging from a short electrical wire, placed in a square, lighting the room quite well. you can't see any sprinklers. Maybe there's hiding behind some trap door on the celling.
Back on ground level, there's still a forklift making a patrol turning in circles, the other has regained it's 'parking' space.

OK seems like we got just ordinary stuff on this side of the wall -
When we go astral, then zipping through what we think of as a wall/door, is there anything on that other (lab) side that would indicate an opening switch....? Coz the spirits we may conjour up may be primed to flip a switch, Or Freddy could call on his own spirit to flip it instead...
otherwise - if there is no real way of us opening the door- Freddy will assess the strength of the crete wall, can his monofil whip cut through it, and if so (at a feeble 10 + successes 6+6 pool where 1 dont count... around 20 force.. how long to hack through this wall? He can hack it away but it will take a while, so we need to take out the two boffs... with spirits
OK- how about exits from the boffin room, and further escape hatches from there..?
This is really where astral comes into its own, you can map out the territory before you need to go through it.. and may find easier ways in.....
Picking up from what Tank had discovered - Freddy has a real good checkout of the boff side of what we think is a door.. theres an electrics pannel leading through to the fire alarm on our side ... looks promising.. back he goes again after a minute.. still astral..
Wraith - you wanna check out this fire alarm - theres wiring leading through.. a toolkit on my back should help. I can go back in with Tank and give you some warning if anything is up..
Or will you prepare to box the ears of them tecchies eh Tank? we need to ask questions so go easy !
Freddy will nip back in unless there is any pressing need to stay, and if the boffs realise something is up, he can call a spirit to hassle them!

"give me a minute I want to check something, I'll be right back." Tank disappears then zips into the other room then does a run around the walls sticking his head into the wall to see if there is another room or passages there then just the one they have found. "can't kill these two fine but I better find a real live person to take some of my rage of losing my Magic out on. No one takes away Tanks magic and gets away scot free." Tank thinks as he eyeballs the two people as he checks the walls for other rooms

Tank, weve been at the mercy of these guys for a long time now, I'm sure there will be a lot of heads that need bustin, we got to get our foot in the door first, when we got the info we need , we can tear the place apart, walls an all !
Freddy keeps an eye on Tank weaving in and out of the soul-less crete walls, as Tank extends the search for more construct entrances from this main lab area.. there must be some heafty hydraulics in the walls to shift a block of crete so it dont leave a trail of crunched up dust... should be easy for a mage to pick up.... bit like a metal detector? not tooeasy as youve got to kinda feel your way through it all - like a lucky dip in a bran tub ... bit of time you will find the parcel you saw other kids with... cmon hydraulic pistons...!
If the electrics on our wall work - then Freddy will tell tank to look for similar..
Still keepin a lookout

Tank's cruising around in astral, managing to found another entryway, a hidden tunnel inside the pantry, going down, the inside an underground rail system, right under the main building at the airport, the hatch gets inside an office.
Wraith get one the fire alarm, flips it and the door opens. The door just slides on the side, entering the wall section. The door was resting on rails.
The 2 Oriental scientists panic inside the secret room, the younger drawing a pistol, yelling something to the older man (For those who speak Japanese good enough, you know that he's telling the other one to get out trough the back door). They argue for a short, short while, the old man leaves, and go hide in a closet of some sort, the young one readies for battle.
First one trough the door will get shot at, so either dodge or body to soak damage (9M)
