It sounds like it is 10000 Y for this look at the basement.
Plus we get a salary of 10000 Y a month.
That is the money deal as I know it right now. And 6 karma we just got and you will pick up some skills from being around every thing.

(OOC OK I'm fine with ether just seemed like no one wanted to be on the sewer duty so I went for it, thinking I would have Silverwing be above ground doing the telepathic comm system. In that case onto of the 3 spells locked I'm adding Imp invisibility to that.)

I like the law not liking the ammo for one
And lowering the power level or the 1/2 the power one or the other.
my 9M is 9L Or My Ares 9M is 4M
Thats my vote one or the other.
Or you can drop the power and leave the damage code the same eather is good your call wolf.
Remember minus 1/2 the armor rating (round down) from the power code if it is more then the guns power code, the gun does no damage.

(OOC I'm assuming I'm on the sewer team not sure, Four Eyes let us know who is where please!)
Micro locks a few spells in place to aid him with his run through the sewer, not so much for all the strange sludge that he is walking through but more for those dreken flesh eaters and drones that are standing in his way.
(OOC Since you said with the time we can cast safely I'm only going to roll for Combat sense since it is the only one # of success maters for.)

(OOC Ya your right Gremlin that is the ammo I was thinking about getting. It is in the Cannon companion. Thanks. Let me know what team I'm on and where to go and I'll do my best to deal with the drones now that I have the right ammo on the list.)

Just a thought not really to be used in the game.
RPG's when they hit the target cause the copper in them to extend into a hot spike this allows them to penetrate armor. I was thinking what would happen if you changed a 50 cal machine gun so the rounds they fired did the same thing on impact the holes would be small but after a lot of hits the armor would be shredded. Or a mini gun using this kind of ammo.
Just a Thought. I know the tanks in the middle east use a tube of metal on the outside to cause the RPG's explosion to take place off the actual armor of the tank so the spike of copper can't penetrate the armor. That is what made me think of 50 cal round using the same tech as an RPG so you can cut into armor quick. Anyone know if ammo like this is around?

(OOC Had a assignment worth 20 % of my grade due yesterday so sorry for being away.)
Micro hears how alot of people don't want to go into the sewers and volunteers I'll go into the sewers and have Silverwing stay with the other group to give us a telepathic style comm link between the two groups. Micro puts out his smoke and waits to hear what the new group organization is. I can't believe I just volunteered to run around in the sewers what am I a ninja turtle want a be.
(OOC in grade 7 we did run around in the storm drain sewers. NOT the ones the human waste is in just rain run off. We would burn flyers and tell "ghost stories" dame I was a weird kid.)
These lights are huge I was thing a flash light mounted on my gun. As for dealing with the drones has my 2 clips of APDS rounds get bought that is how I'm dealing with those things and I suggest anyone who is on the sewer run is pacing APDS rounds as well.
(OOC let me know what rounds I got and which I have to get an arms dealer for I do have a black market operator for a contact)

Micro remembers the name Hunter I remember Hunter he was the guy on the bus the chic mage had a gun to his head I had to put an armor spell on him before I had to deal with the psyco mage. Ok I go psyco mage too but this one was attacking me. I think Hunter and Four Eyes worked together before.
Micro's mind rushes back to the basement assault. Two teams is fine with me. I can go in the basement for the mage support there. I do want one hell of a suit though. Since Four Eyes doesn't want to go down there you should be on the above ground team. Micro thinks to him self then adds I like the 2 prong attack up switch people out so most are happy.
After Micro says he will go in the sewer he hears Silverwing speak up. You know I don't like to be under ground, and there is no way I'm going into a sewer. Ok I got a plan then you stay with the group that is entering from above and relay to me what is happening since out comms may cut out when we are in those stinking sewers. Ok I like that plan. I thought you would have me scout ahead for you down there. I thought of it then I realized how you hate the underground. Micro finishes up his mental conversation with his Ally then does his best to get back at the task of getting a plan layed out. Oh guys since I will go into the sewers Micro says with a sai. My ally hates the under ground so she will be a back up with the group above ground encase comm link goes down.

Well the sewer wouldn't be the funnest way to enter the basement. If we do I sure do want to use those suits you are talking about. Micro thinks to himself for a second on the invisibility. Well the invisibility on the whole sewer team would be a good idea. Thing is back at me and Four Eyes drone incounter at the mine we found out that some drones have ultra sonic sensors which make the spell use less. This is a good reason to get ultra sonic emitter and detector this way you know if you can be seen. Don't think these ghouls are that smart but the drones might be. I'll have to drop the spells to be of use in a fight though.
Micro starts to think of how to do the invasion of these flesh eatting bags of drag. Ok we could split up one team through the sewers another try to burn in from the floor above.
Micro puts his hand on his gun hidden under his long coat. As for ammo I'd love 2 clips of APDS, and 2 clips of Silver. I'll keep 2 clips of reg ammo on me and a spare gel clip but I'm not starting with that stuff not with things that want my brains for dinner. Micro starts to think of his bike and t.v and all the tech he has and how for some reason they seem to need an extra kick to get working these days. Dame gun better work on those Drones or I'm done for.
(OOC sounds like The Z bread is just one of the many types of Vamps in Shadowrun. What I think would be good would be if Wolf put a post in Train 'N' Shop with all the info we have so far then we can have one post to look at with just the Bread and Butter of what we no. A good old fashion list works. Just a Thought that way we can just go to one post and not have to search for a few posts.)

Micro adds in his 2 cents I've found out the vamps seem to like carving out their territory. I will be looking more into the genetic side of thing to see what a Doc friend can get for info. My main suggestion is everyone get UV flash light strap them to your guns and keep a spare one in your pocket encase you loss you gun.
Micro walks over to Four Eyes Here is your refill for they herbs Blair perscibed for your shakiness this should keep you going for awhile and he said if you can't get me to talk to him for you you can call him yourself. Micro hads Four Eyes a container with homopathic (herbal) pills in it, and a piece of paper with Blair's number on it.
Micro walks back to the group. So have we decided on your course of action for the basement? are we voting, letting Four Eyes decide, or having 3 ExO's decide. Micro throws this out there to see if anyone has decided on what the new command structure is. I say we use 3 ExO's, I say Four Eyes, a Mage, and one Other.
(OOC I'm putting the command structure up again since we never decided on it before I say Four Eye for being in the team the longest a Mage (for Mystical angle) (My vote is Henri) and another (bishop is who I'm thinking since he seems to have military training.) If you want we can put this into Train 'n' Shop to see what we hammer out.)

I'm game for getting a silencer for my pistol. As for the idea of dropping down from the floor above sounds good if we can make sure there aren't too many eyes on use. The floor above and tunnels sound like two good entry points at least with the floor above we won't have drones, I hope to have to deal with. Only thing is hiding our actions from the public would be harder to do. If we go for 2 strike teams the one in the tunnel may need a drone to be used as a way to increase our comms since the tunnels might cut communication with the others above ground so a jumper drone would be good. Micro thinks for a bit. If we use both ways in I don't have stealth in my spell book so Shade would do better at the entry point. Also a steel lynx would be good for the tunnel and a roto drone would be good for the above floor approach.
Micro thinks over the list of supplies. So we are looking at Termite, silencers/ sound suppressors, and up graded ammo for drones. I think that is all we have for a shopping list. Micro sits back and waits to hear what the rest of the group puts on the table for the brain storm before we decide what we are going to do.

So I guess if the spell could have a counter spell that would absorb the mana that is being used to detect the "what ever" it is detecting. Kind of like a R.A.M. suit for the Raptor jet. You could have a M.A.M(S) (mana absorbing Material/Spell) that would absorb the mana in the detection spell so that it would not send back the signal to the caster. This should be easy to design for a spell. Since there are rules for designing spells I think it would be easy to do. Later you could Quicken the spell onto something then you got a suit to hide from detection spells.

They should be able to tell that a spell is being sustained for sure if they roll go enough they should be able to tell what spell, if they know what spell and the force via good roll they will know the spell area. Now if they can see the spells area with there astral sight is not something I've thought too much about, I'll think about and give my point of view later.

After Micro has his meet with Illyina he decides to have a quick chat with Blair his Mage Doc he knows. They set up a meet over his coffee break, its a short meet so they can both get back to their respective jobs. So why the need to see me Micro. Blair asks still wearing his uniform from the hospital he works at downtown. Well I'm searching for some information I'm not expecting you to get alot from you since both of use have very limited time right now. But hear goes. Micro fills Blair in on the Z breed vamps he has been dealing with. So with that all said I'd love it if you could get out some of those medical text books you read so much and fill me in on what these blasted things can do so I'll know what to look out for when they try and drain a pint or two of my blood. Blair thinks to himself for a bit then says. I thought you just want to meet to get a refill on Four Eyes herbal mix to keep him from twitching well this could take some time to get you the info. I'll see what I can dig up for you. After a few minutes of a conversation on a lighter topic Blair heads back to work and Micro heads back to Megs so they can decide what to do about the basement storming.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Micro waits to hear what has been brainstormed for ideas so far. Ok so we have a few entry points. We have had the suggestion of 2 strike teams. Upgraded ammo. I say one way we go in is the tunnels with some thermite to cut the blockage. Not sure how big these tunnels are could get tight. We could have an invisibility spell on the lead man with an armor spell sustained on him to this way mages behind him can cast spells like mana bolt or powerbolt with out trying to see around him. No Laser spells thought since these will still cook out dear invisible friend. Micro sits back takes a drag from his smoke. As for the second strike team not sure which direction into the basement they will take. Micro laughs to himself a bit. We did discuse new leadership I even gave out ideas how to do it but no one cared to find a new system set in stone so Four Eyes seems to be the one that will decide in the end on this one it seems. Micro looks over at Four Eyes to see what he decides the course of action is.

Micro listens Illyina's talking about the job that has been done so far. Micro perks up when he hears of the aid that Freddy could give the group. If Freddy is willing to help out that would be great the more information we have about these strange vamps the better. I've just out fitted myself with a new spell that should help out with dealing with them. The plan is to get a variety of spells and more meta magic so I can deal with the strange parasites that keep heading my way. I'll do my best to keep you posted. Oh ya I'm looking into a preserve spell it may be some time before I get around to learning it but when I do learn it, the samples we send your way will be in better condition since the spells is used in forensics to keep dna alive and my groceries will last alot longer.
(OOC I'm a bit rushed right now and will be away for the weekend see you monday or tuesday. Happy long weeked everyone.)
