Four-Eyes remebered that Lake on the Casacade map. It was passed the brdige, so the Rangers there would be able to say they saw them pass, but off the main road enough for anyone trying to get to them will have a hard time reaching the lake, not to mention come back on the road, back here to re-check the info, could buy them some time, or at least delay the inevitable.
He should ask a Mage to drop a watcher at the dirt road leading to the lake, 'might rehenforce the decoy.[/quote]
