"Ok this is intresting." Micro thinks as he views the group of Gangers "I don't have alot of news yet lets see if I can track down what this is linked to." Micro will do his best to try and track this "Spell Link" to it's source if possible then report back.
(Wolflet say.. this mild spell link is certainly traceable - it usually takes a good long while to trace.. but as canny Micro has already visited the carwash and investigated the astral barier (a lodge?) and would assume there is a link it is a lot easier to trace the connection -
Micro nips back to his bod with the news that there is a majik link between the scarring on the gangers and the astral barrier in the carwash - some kind of healing spell is at work.

Shade smiles and holds out his hand. " Just let your boys know we an't the bad guys." He shakes his hand. ((Wolf you said something about new contacts? Wolflet say.. Yup - you dont have to buy contacts if you go out of your way and write up your interractions, gets your character into exploring the surrounding area and thinking outside the box a little more.))

Micro looks at the barrier and has a quick thought. "This thing is getting more and more interesting, I want to go through it but not just yet." Micro zips back to his body and does a quick strech before informing the group over the comm. "I did a check on the magical link that is linked to these gangers removed skin and found it is a heal spell located behind the barrier I told you about. I'm not going through the barrier until everyone is ready for the Drek to hit the fan. Over." Micro sits back waiting for a comment from anyone.

Great, first a bunch of skinned gangers, now some magical barrier on the second floor, we'll need a gang or two to get inside Four-Eyes flips another page, keeping an eye on Shade and the Elves, and one on his mirrors "Ok Micro, just lettin' you know you might be alone on that, 'don't think we can just walk in easy if you got trouble..but I suppose it might be worth checking it out a bit..What if you go in from the ceiling or floor, 'think the barrier will be active there?"
(Wolflet say.. Micro slaps his forhead Doh! dont these guys know the fundementals of magik..? oh.. s'pose they dont, well they should.. food for thoght
((I know the fondamentals of magic...here, I got your wallet in my hand, how'd it got there?..and yeah, need a weekend of magical theory and such too..man I need a month to get my thigns in order..))

(OOC Wolflet say.. I'm off until Monday - it is a bank holiday her in the UK similar to Labour Day in the US?
you can have an organise, decide what you want to do - Edwards would not let you upstairs into the interesting parts of the carwash, but would allow you into the ground floor to have a look at various street wares you may pretend to be interested in. The mages could well solve a few of your questions - especially now that Micro has done all the groundwork No other mages downstairs Micro. but there are a dozen people. the next floor up (middle floor) is protected by a barrier - a shamanic lodge the final top floor has eight gangers taking a few zeds on the roof are two carrying uzis.
the wonders of modern comms equipment eh!

((Well, form what I can think, if the skinning is magic related, and if the Mage is connected to the spell (In some way I dunno), then I suppose Artie saying that 'The Angel took too much' prolly means that they recruited too much too fast, and poor Artie just can't support the spell no more, or can but at the cost of his physical/mental well being
'Can always go 'shop' inside too, maybe talk a bit and get some things too..Oh and Happy Holiday Wolf..Bank Holiday..The City runs the show now!))

"I wouldn't mind taking a look at some of their wares, how about you two?" Shade will gladly shop around and check out what they are willing to offer. He clearly takes his time and examines things.
(Wolflet say... time to examine the layout... an open 'common room' area old furniture scavenged from gawdknows where eight gangers sittin around watchin you watchin them... five there do not seem to have any flesh strips displayed.. noobs?
theres a rear room too that looks dark - some dorm/storage?
Set of crete stairs with two guys slouching half-way up, carrying uzis with a swagger. round the side an elevator with boxes piled up against it.
Edwards calls over two gangers, one wears shorts exposing the strip - the other has the strip from his back Freckle an Gertie can do ya a solid deal on chems or sidearms, got connections so we can pick em up cheap, for cash though.. anything else will need organising - you need some muscle we can supply... runners like you need specialist equip or a nice noisy distraction neh?
the bumps and bulges beneath your protective layering do give away a little, and not that many citz actively walk into a gang-nest..
Edwards will stick around for a while if you wish to continue any negotiations.. otherwise he shall depart upstairs, leaving you with the ground-floor mob mid-morning early in the week - the place aint exactly buzzin
You have a feeling that if you move to follow him, the two on the stairs will bar the way

When they meet up with the boss, Angel goes real quiet. From the trids, girl gangers usually just stayed quiet and looked pretty when the guys were talking biz. It was sexist, but she wasn't about to try to make waves.
Angel keeps a close eye on the fem, counting on copying her actions to keep her out of trouble.
(OOC Wolflet say.. trids are there just to roy yer brains an keep the masses entertained.. s'why they spout so many lies - the mouthpiece of the corps tryin to keep a lid on things.. truth is fem gangers are just as ready an able to slice an dice like the rest

Patience is a virtue, or so they say.
There's a difference between patience and self-control - patience is a willingness to wait, self-control is being unhappy to wait but knowing you have to wait anyway.
Bishop was patient.
He'd been at the carwash for two full days. Sitting around watching the other prospectives drinking, sniffing or injecting their way into an early grave. He was trying to fit in as best he could without having to overly compromise himself with whatever cocktail of drugs the gangers were using this week.
Between mouthfuls of synthahol he casually looked between the stairs and the liftshaft. He caught sight of the small group of three being led inside by a lieutenant - nothing unusual about them, probably just more prospecive buyers wanting to see the goods and guns on display. To his dissapointment, it all looked nice and friendly - no distractions for the guards today...
And so he waited patiently...

"I'm just looking for ammo. Repeater crossbow ammo. Five clips of barbed, Ex-Explosive and Incendiary. I don't carry cash but I have cred."
The guy looked at him like he was crazy. "Who uses a crossbow?" "I don't like guns, so I never learned to use one." "C'on chummer, lemme hook you up with a Predator 3, smartlinked and good to go." Shade shook his head. "Too much noise, plus silencers are only good for so long and I already have years of training under my belt for a crossbow." Shade was in fact out of practice. The guy shrugged. "Yeah we can do cred... Are you sure I can't set you up with a sweet heavy pistol?" Shade chuckled. "Nah, but if I change my mind you'll be the first to know." He seemed satisfied with that."What's that all come to?"
(Wolflet say.. I got these - heh, thought the screwtops wuz for some kinda superlong stacking arrow - theres boltheads but I got none of the others - incendry or ex - hey two sheets the lot He hands over a plaswrapped pak of six boxes of six slightly above standard prices for standard bolts - these are interchange bolts, aluminium screwtopped shafts worth bout three times the 200 yen price the guy is asking. He pulls out two big holdalls into the light,an spreads out his wares.. Takes him a while to rummage through his gear so youre all left whistling an waiting as he pulls out a few tasty looking pieces of hardware - all sidearms, along with a few leads and scopes before digging out the bolts for Shade.

Peaches munches on a stick of beef jerky, eyes glued to the building the trio disappeared into. "So, who else is nervous about 'dis bit?" he mutters into his reciever. He glances over at Thunder. "You got any more grub in dis crate? All dis waitin' is making me hungry."

Bishop watched as the ganger produced his wares, trying not to seem too keen. Guns, scopes and other assorted weaponry... not what he was here for. He turned his focus back on trying to fit in with the group he was with.

"I hear that Peaches, just hope that they didn't fall into a trick or somethin'..Hey guys! Whatcha doin' in there?...Shit, can you even hear me?" Four-Eyes was starting to get a little bored, as his magazine was full of articles relating to weapons he'll never use, won't use or can't use. sure it's a nice way to keep up to date with the gun world, but it's like going into a bordello and finding out it's just a really fancy peepshow.
(Wolflet say.. you can hear over the nice new comms Four-Eyes starting to get twitchy - Quick and Angel join in the conversation about the guns an ammo the guy has got while Shade hands over some limp 20s
Of interest to Quick as he is in the biz of removals, is a short drainpipe .. a flamin LAW single shot.. if only he could fire one.. always useful always gets you a 9-stretch for posession of mil-tech
the guy's eyes catch the glint of 'want' in your eyes.. a cool thou dood, I'll throw in the bag too..
Now unless you use or you got an interest in street chems - they wont be your scene..
Shade packs away the bolts...
anyone wanna play with the LAW.?
Four-Eyes is somewhat relieved he got word from the trio (even if he won't admit it) "Well, get me a revovler.. I'll pay you back..but it better be double-action (SA), single action is for suckers."
