Jorinda utters a single word in Sperethiel, making one wonder if they did have curse words in that language. "Damn, it all happened so fast, I forgot that part. The gangers were shooting at the store, so I took cover behind the trash cans and shot at the car to get their attention and scare them away. The one car took off right after that."

Xenomarch! You're going to get us arrested you shit! Let me do the talking. I might get us out of it if... doesn't matter if, let ME do the talking you psychotic bastard. "Sir, Gunther's telling you the what happened as far as he is aware. There was an contractual interaction between myself and a professional in the rear of the facility here." <points to the shop> "By-the-way I would like to file a report on her larcenous activities. I am by design a very perceptive being, but at the time in question focused entirely on the transaction. From a reaction that was made, by the previously mentioned professional, I became aware of an altercation happening in the vicinity of the front of the Soy-Cream Shop. Wherein I made haste to wards said altercation. Upon arriving I was instructed to attend to the fire. I proceeded to find an extinguisher and put said fire out. After attending to the front of the shop I went to the back to reassure the professional only to find her gone and a apparently deceased gentleman in her place. Knowing that Gunther and myself should have back-up and that Lance needed to be informed I made the call. I then dragged the decedent to the front of the shop. I do apologize for moving the body before you arrived thus contaminating the evidence but I felt it would be worse if he disappeared the way of the professional. "

"Nice memory you've got there Miss 'Belle" you can remember a plate number taken form a driving car, but can't remember discharging a weapon twice..You always remember the first time, never the routine huh?" He grins as his own 'joke', looking at Jorinda, but then turned his attention to Gunther as he talked.
Detective Bastion listens with interest as Gunther talks about what happened, even goes at far as crossing his arms and resting one of his hand on his chin, nodding and moving his jaw while Gunther did his monologue. The fedora-wearing detective leaves Lance in the good care of the Sargent, and goes inside the store, and disappears in the back. While Gunther sat down, the detective still looks at him. "I have no more questions for now Gunther." He sights as he turns to Xenomarch "And do you have anything to say?" His arms were now crossed in front of him, and it looks like he was preparing himself for something, his jaw moving lightly, before a rookie gets inside the store and in the back, probably joining up with the second detective.
Bastion listens to Xeno's Tall tale shaking his head. "Listen you, an altercation is never to be confused with an all out firefight, and the simple fact you went out front when the 'hooker' gave out a reaction, and without having a firearm for yourself by the way, proves that you're even more stupider than your story, I heard 10 year old kids inventing better cover-up stories than this to their mothers...I also noticed by you statements that no one remembers who called dispatch about this little party, but judging that the caller said that several members of the Snohomich City council and their aids were under great harm, I'm betting my paycheck that it was you, "Xen"..or would you prefer 'Simple', 'Simon' or 'John Smith'?"
The second detective came out of the store, with an Uzi III in one hand, videotapes in the other, his cybereyes looking in your direction. Bastion does not notice him. "Now, I can book you up if I want, I wouldn't matter to me, I"m sure that punk in the backseat of the car there will LOVE to talk his heart out on what happened, this store and all the drek that happened here is just the aftermath of something else." The second detective walks near Bastion, who turns and grabbed a cassette grinning largely "Well, looks what came out of the cold! There's even some frost on it." His grin fades into his business glare. "You're all under arrest for producing a false statement, possession of weapon without a permit and obstructing a LoneStar investigation." The rookies points their weapons at you. "Now it can be civil, or not, it's your call."

Jorinda simply shrugs, choosing not to say anything else incriminating. Her memory was good, but not perfect, especially under duress.
At this point, Jorinda has to interject. "I didn't mention it because I didn't know. Any person on the street could have called you guys. The people here don't strike me as the type that stick their heads in the sand and ignore the drek hitting the fan."
"Drek." Jorinda mutters under her breath. Resisting arrest only added another charge to the list, and they were already pretty well fragged. She was going to opt for civil, unless the guys had other plans.... On the other hand, she could offer passive resistance, forcing the Star officers to do all the work by making herself dead weight.

"This is a crime scene now, not the local audio-club. We have all the facilities to look, analyze and scan the recordings down at the post." He signals at the beat officers, who cuffs you and take all of your possession, putting them in evidence bags, one for each of you. You are then ordered to sit down and wait. You can catch glimpse of Lance talking with the fedora-detective, while Bastion stands near you, his jaw moving every now and then.
A few minutes pass, then a LoneStar patty-wagon shows up. You are loaded in the back, Bastion gives him weapon to the driver and climbs behind. The wagon moves, driving north.
After a minutes of jaw-moving action, Bastion stretches his legs and rest them across the wagon. "You guys are making my job reaaaaally hard..you hid weapons, a security tape, your story didn't fit, hell even the names you gave yourself and the others were drek...I told that one-armed frag to hire from us or even another security firm..but nooo fragger's too cheap so he hires from the streets..." He shakes his head, resting it in his hand. "Listen, no need to panic; I made sure he spill enough cred to make sure you all acted because of your job or in self-defense. You are going to the post station in Breet Creek, it's one of our small offices, not a precinct, just a place to fill up paperwork without having to drive back to Snohomish...for all that driver knows, you're important witnesses, "arrested" to protect your identity."
The drives takes about 30 minutes. Then the patty-wagon takes a left, drives for a minute, then stops. The door opens and you are taken up a set of stairs of the side of a small bakery. Looking around, You see the "grandiose" hick-town of Breet Creek; a City Hall, a church, and some small businesses and houses along the streets. All is dead quiet, you can't even hear animals, vehicles or anything else for that matter. Bastion punch in a code of a keypad, and the door open.
The small office is what Bastion said: small. There are 2 desks on your left, facing one and other, a old orange couch with a small coffee table with a trid unit in front of it and a brand-new looking filing cabinet, with a soy-caf machine on it. 2 closed door are in the far-end wall.
On your right are 2 prison cells, where after being un-cuffed, you are put in: Gunther in one, Xenomarch and Jorinda in the other. The driver gives back Bastion's Warhawk and leaves. The Detective looks outside the window a minute, before opening both the cells. "Ok listen up, our "common friend" will take arrangements for you to get a van tomorrow morning to pick you up. I guess he wants to see you. I got to sort this meet out, so don't touch anything, steal anything, try to stirr drek or try to leave. My work is on the table now, so I'll appreciate that you don't make your situation worse, or my life hell. You understand?...You" He points at Xenomarch "you're keeping that headjammer...if any fo you need to go to the jbathroom, it"s the door on the left..that's THE LEFT DOOR. Don't make the mistake of opening the right one"
He sits on the couch and put in the camera tapes Well then, let's just see what that one had on it that was so important to hide..""

Jorinda looks in horror as Gunther attacks the police and then falls, bleeding. The cops had cuffed her first, so she didn't have much of a tactical advantage. Neither did she want to be charged with resisting arrest. And so, for the moment, she can do nothing...except swear. He'd just made things worse for them...and there really wasn't a reason to...

test for teh cop that got slammed impact 3 7D down to 4D body+cpool [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6]+[dice=6][dice=6]
The cop is shaken and scared as drek, but is ok, looks like his shotgun took most of the hit, the butt's broken and the barrel is bent a little.
2 beat cops move over to Gunther, pushing him to the side and helping their colleague get up. One trauma patch the troll, while you're put, rather harshly, in the back of a patrol car. Bastion and a rookie gets in, and drives you to a small LoneStar post atop a bakery.
The small office is what it is: small. There are 2 desks on your left, facing one and other, a old orange couch with a small coffee table with a trid unit in front of it and a brand-new looking filing cabinet, with a soy-caf machine on it. 2 closed door are in the far-end wall.
On your right are 2 prison cells, where you are un-cuffed, stripped of your lace, belts, ties and anything that can be used as a rope and trown in a cell, each on got one bed and a sink/toilet in stainless steel. The rookie leaves, leaving you alone with Bastion.
"What the FRAG was that Trog drek thinking huh? He's in REAL trouble now..Drek Jackson doesn't pay me enough for that fraggin' drek..listen tomorrow someone's gonna pick you up to meet that one-armed frag of an Ork, so get your story cleared up so I can get that report done and you out of my sector!" He shows you the security tape that was in the freezer, "Now what the frag was on that tape? Tell me, I don't have time to watch it, so don't force me to."[rand=720579870089750864490798055078861294671978061262624018927452461936]

Jorinda can only shake her head. "Probably wasn't." She replies, putting a hand on the bars.
She looks at Xeno. "Okay, I guess we'd better get our story straight. What was that drek about hiring a cyber whore anyway? And why don't you tell him about the tape?"
